Courtney McLeod is a Kick Ass Coach!  She has multiple degrees in Women’s Studies, Sociology, and Psychology from Western and York. She worked in media for over 10 years at various companies like CTV, Corus Entertainment, Harlequin, and Rogers doing different roles such as project and brand management, sales, and research.

Courtney has experience coaching clients to be the people they want to be and has helped them achieve their goals. Courtney is a Certified Professional Co-Active coach (CPCC designation) through CTI (Coaches Training Institute), as well as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the ICF (International Coach Federation). Her passion is to help people create lives they are excited to live!

Courtney is also loves the kick ass ladies group she created because it brings amazing women together to try new things like axe throwing and celebrates the uniqueness of every member. Courtney has always enjoyed playing competitive sports and currently plays volleyball while juggling her career and family. She is a proud mother of two amazing girls and is still enjoying her marriage that is well into its second decade. She loves to laugh and has even performed amateur stand-up comedy.

Adam McLeod is also a Kick Ass Coach!  He has his Kinesiology degree from Western and an HBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business.  He has climbed the corporate ladder in sales to the Executive level with over 16 years at Procter and Gamble, Mattel and Maple Leaf Foods; he is also a consultant solving business problems for large companies while coaching high performing clients who are motivated to make a difference in their lives. He is also a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC designation).

Adam has always enjoyed leading teams of people starting as Captain of many sports teams – Baseball, Basketball, Rugby, Track and Field, Hockey and enjoyed his Football experience winning the Yates Cup with the Western Mustangs!.  He then transitioned these leadership abilities into the classroom and boardroom as a leader of many multi-functional teams.

As he has become a father, and coach of so many direct reports or new hires that he has mentored, he has found a passion in helping others define their goals and become who they were born to be.  He wants that for you too…connect with him!
